Fast Paced and Great Tricks
I wanted to review Intermediate Pole because I enjoyed this video and usually only buy or rent things with good reviews. I am a beginner and the moves are easily explained. Pole starts with tricks and shows "slower" and "again" so you can get the moves. I loved the pace. I got bored with Vertical Dance(the information is great but pace is sooooo slow). After going through a series of intermediate moves the girls but them together in two demos. Then additional moves and a warm up follows for the last 20 minutes. The warm up is less than ten minutes so most of the time is spent on spins and tricks. Happy Poling!!!
